Phone Consults

Phone consults are available for follow-up appointments and billed at the above rates according to time.

Comprehensive testing is a vital component of biomedical treatment, as individual plans are implemented based on these results.  For a complete list of available tests, please visit the Testing page at the left of the screen. During the 60 minute first visit, patient history is reviewed, test samples are taken, and an initial treatment plan is developed.  Patients return for a follow-up  visit  in approximately 4 weeks to review test results and revise treatment plans.  Subsequent visits are scheduled every 6-8 weeks or as needed.

* Prices are subject to change and do not include HST*

Payments

Payment is due at the time of patient consultation, when lab tests are ordered, and upon receipt of products. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. First appointments missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice will be charged $100. Return visits missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice will be charged $50.
